Value your intuition
In creating homes, the most important point is ―
to follow your pure consciousness（intuition）to gain support of nature!
From the viewpoint of Veda（HIMALAYAHOUSE® ）, we cannot emphasize the importance of intuition enough.
It can be said that intuition makes right decision in accordance with natural providence.
The reason is that only pure consciousness can understand pure knowledge Veda.
Intuition（pure consciousness）is inside of you.
Veda（pure knowledge）is the constitution of the universe that ancient wise men（Rishis）gained insight from an outstanding level of consciousness.
When you have pure consciousness, your level of consciousness moves into an outstanding level and you are led to Veda.
Then you can understand the profound knowledge for the first time.
Therefore, most probably, various surface conditions exist, but please do not be misled by spurious conditions, and approach things with purity.
The factors that cloud intuition
As mentioned above, following your intuition is essential to making right decision.
Therefore, you may misjudge and fail because lack of purity clouds your intuition even though you have much practical knowledge.
Comparing is one element that intuition goes wrong.
For example, men tend to place too much emphasis on realistic social conditions（in general social terms）and have a tendency to compare commuting conditions and financial terms such as prices, loans, discounts.
On the other hand, women have a strong tendency to put up a front and tend to care about surface such as a hierarchy society called mom caste*2 in Japan and be affected by feelings.
We hear many people bought homes at the last minute, just before the deadline for incentives such as housing loan tax cuts.
As in the three examples above, it is difficult to say that decision made by considering and comparing only social conditions is always intuitive.
Veda（pure knowledge）says that the way of each country, organization and individual has its own season complying with Natural Law and also there is a right time to create homes.
Regarding social conditions based on national economic measures etc., perhaps some come from intuition（pure consciousness）of the leader at the time and comply with Natural Law, but others are not related with intuition and don't comply with Natural Law.
Therefore, we think that it is necessary to carefully examine the latter social conditions due to the circumstances of the country.
You should not be deceived by society's pretenses surrounding the outside, but in accordance with Natural Law of the whole（nations, organizations and so on）and individuals, be intuitive and make well-balanced decisions.
You have only one individuality in this universe, and each one is the one and only existence.
Therefore, if everyone likes the same things, chooses and acts in the same way based on the superficial and easy-to-understand social conditions（prices, commuting conditions, vanity and policies）, there is a possibility that they don't comply with Natural Law.
You should value your intuition（pure consciousness）and act so that you can gain support of nature in accordance with each life, that is, natural rhythm as an individual.
Desirable conditions
The environment is very important in creating homes.
Then, let us explain our examination of realistic conditions suitable for people to live comfortably when looking for land from now on.
《 Suitable conditions 》
You can imagine that the environment suitable for people to live comfortably is the environment that everyone feels comfortable ―
the land is flat and spacious with a lot of greenery and fresh air, and the healing environment.
It is extremely important to enjoy the blessings of the sun. So let's effectively get sunlight, especially morning sun considering sunshine.
On the other hand, it is an important factor to be able to rest without stress at night.
In this way, it would be desirable to have an environment in which all of the family can dream of living brightly.
《 Conditions requiring attention 》
Conversely, you should avoid the environment you don't feel comfortable intuitively.
We will consider them from both natural environment and artificial environment concretely.
< Natural environment >
Natural disasters occur frequently in recent years, and a lot of damage has been caused in various regions, for example, flood damage near rivers, landslides at the foot of mountains and cliffs, eruptions in volcanoes, tsunami in the sea and water flooding in low-lying and poorly drained areas.
As just described, you require attention to places having high risk of natural disasters regarding location in natural environment.
< Artificial environment >
It would be better to pay attention to environment that makes you uncomfortable.
If there is a nuclear facility in the living area, safety can be threatened.
From the electromagnetic wave problem, it is preferable that there should be no power plant, substation, or transmission line nearby.
You should also avoid landfill sites where soil liquefication may occur.
Factory areas and downtown areas are not considered appropriate.
Of course, ingenuity and consideration are required in any place, but they are especially necessary in the metropolitan area where it may be conditionally difficult.
In other words, we can say that it is possible to improve environment by ingenuity and consideration.
